RAYNYDAY MORGANS was started in 1976,
with the acquisition of our Foundation Mare, Shadygrove Serenade.
We specialize in breeding and raising Morgan sport horses
that combine beauty and charisma (style)
with elegant athletic movement, strong bone and size,
"Old Style" type, intelligence and cheerful disposition....
We take great pride in the consistency of our herd,
due in great part to the strong genetics of our linebred
Upwey Ben Don grandson, Lyonhil Quasar.
That said, we are a small farm, and our Morgans are our family.

POETRY IN MOTION was a
video company owned by
Jackie Smith.
They covered local shows
such as the Morgan Gold Cup,
Kentucky Dressage,
Blue Ribbon Classic etc
in the 1990's.
With the advent of
large video companies
with multiple cameras,
PIM started focusing
on edited videos for stallions,
sales and farm promotion,
and creating websites
for farms and
training facilities.

P.S. In visiting other sites, I have noticed that other pets
were also being featured, and not wanting to omit
a very important part of our family,
I decided to add a photo of our Maine Coon, Trillby.
He is a character, and rules the household.
